When I took the Aromatherapy Sprays on the road to varied Expos and Fairs, I channeled these brief-yet-potent meditations as clients were sampling each one of them, as a way for each individual to personally sense both the scent of each Aromatherapy Spray and the energetics they evoke in you.

These brief yet potent meditations (not even 4 minutes long!) were channeled as a complement to the Aromatherapy Sprays, and are intended to very easily assist you in your intention to bring yourself back to the present moment, supporting your Self-Care Practice with your Aromatherapy Sprays. 

Feel free to use your Aromatherapy Spray by itself, or in tandem with the

'Mindful Moment' Meditations, and come back and listen to them as often as you'd like!
