Shipping & Returns
General: I strive to process and package* orders within the first 48 hours of an order being placed. Shipping providers have made public statements informing that they are experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19, which can in turn delay your package from being delivered by the date first provided.
*Essential Oils: If you purchased of Essential Oils, please note that packaging and shipping will be processed by the manufacturer (Uttati, Corp. Wauconda, IL, 60084). They will provide me with a tracking number, which I will relay to you.
Shipping within the US: Deliveries usually take 3-7 business days.
Shipping outside of the US: Contact via email at email@example.com for international shipping quote. Deliveries may take up to 4 weeks, depending on the destination. Please be advised that orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Radiant Divine Frequencies has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required, delays well beyond the original delivery estimates may occur. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information.
I do not provide refunds or accept cancellations after payment is processed. I do not accept returns, but if your product arrives damaged, please contact me via email at , and attach photos to the email so I may process a claim with the shipping provider.
