Shipping:

I strive to process and package* orders within the first 48 hours of an order being placed. Shipping providers have made public statements informing that they are experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19, which can in turn delay your package from being delivered by the date first provided. 

Shipping within the US: Deliveries usually take 3-7 business days. Effective July 1, 2022, the State of Colorado imposes a Retail Delivery Fee of $0.27 on all deliveries by motor vehicle to a location in Colorado.

Shipping outside of the US: Deliveries may take up to 4 weeks, depending on the destination.

Refunds and Returns:

I do not provide refunds or accept cancellations after payment is processed. I do not accept returns, but if your product arrives damaged, please contact me via email at marthajudith@radiantdivinefrequencies.com, and attach photos to the email so I may process a claim with the shipping provider.

Radiant Divine Frequencies’ aromatherapy sprays are intended to be used as a mist around your Aura or space (gently shake before spraying, avoiding eyes and membranes) to enhance an overall sensation of well-being, and are not intended to be ingested or applied directly to the skin. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Keep in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight and extreme temperatures (heat, as well as freezing temperatures to avoid damage to its glass bottle).

​Although I strive to source pure, natural ingredients from reputable sources for handcrafting these aromatherapy sprays, it is important to be aware that natural products can sometimes cause adverse effects. Coconut Glycerin and Grape Alcohol are present in each spray in very small amounts in order for the essential oils to better solubilize [mix] in water, and when used as intended a very small amount could come in contact with the skin.
